Complimentary Home Staging Quotes

We offer complimentary in-home assessments to evaluate your property’s staging needs, discuss its market potential, and determine the appropriate scope of service.

Approximate duration: 20–30 minutes

Staging Consultations — $350

Includes up to three hours of professional guidance:

• Two-hour in-home assessment

• One hour of home-preparation guidance

• Clear recommendations for furniture placement, editing, styling, and preparing the property for photography and showings

Additional time is billed at $100 per hour.

Flip Consultations

Full design and material-selection support for renovation and flip projects, including flooring, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, finishes, and color selections.

Initial meeting: $250

Additional time: $100 per hour

Additional Design Services

• Model-home design and installation

• Mobile- and tiny-home design and installation

• Additional interior-design services at $100 per hour

STAGED RIGHT POLICIES

Quote Validity

All quotes are valid for 30 days.

Escrow Payments

We can accept 50% of the staging fees from escrow funds when the arrangement is approved before the staging contract is signed.

Complimentary Quote Assessments

Complimentary in-home quote assessments are limited to 30 minutes. If an assessment exceeds 30 minutes, our standard consultation rate will apply.

Staging Deposits and Minimums

• All staging services require an advance deposit.

• All staging agreements have a one-month minimum.

Rental Fees

• After the initial one-month staging period, rental fees renew in 30-day increments when additional time is needed.

• Monthly rental fees are not prorated.

Scheduling and Notice Requirements

• Clients must provide Staged Right with two weeks’ notice before destaging.

• Please notify us when the property enters escrow.

• Destaging requests made with fewer than three days’ notice will incur a $250 inconvenience fee.

• Staged Right is not obligated to stage or destage on weekends.

• When staging or removal would fall on a Saturday or Sunday, service will be scheduled for the preceding Friday.

• If a 30-day rental period ends on a weekend, destaging will occur on the preceding Friday.

Consultations and Client Requirements

• All consultations and communications are professional recommendations.

• We work exclusively with clients who are represented by a licensed real estate agent or brokerage.

Inventory Purchases

Staged Right inventory purchased by a client is sold as-is, with no refunds or exchanges.

Special Orders for Private Homes

• Special-order furniture is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Staged Right is not responsible for special-order merchandise after the manufacturer’s 90-day warranty period.
